For over 7.5 years, I was Creative Director at Campos Coffee — not just designing, but shaping one of Australia’s most recognisable specialty brands as it scaled nationally.
My work spanned everything from core brand strategy to the fine grain: a complete visual evolution (including the bold shift from black to green), nationally distributed packaging systems, flagship café design, above-the-line campaigns, and end-to-end product development. I led eight Christmas Artist collaborations that became collectible moments, not marketing noise. I helped turn seasonal ideas into cultural touchpoints.
This wasn’t about decoration. It was about building a brand with clarity, confidence, and a soul. One that held up in supermarkets, cafés, airports, campaigns, and conversations. One that felt human while growing fast.
